	Mark as Spam actionforanimals : 05/10/2009 7:13 PM have you read on our journal on tips for parents? maybe that would help you some with yours. you can share the information with them, and you can even print it out for them or send it to them if you want to. and something may help you to start being more veg while you still live at home is to start doing some cooking and baking now. offer to help your parents in the kitchen, or offer to make veg meals that your whole family can enjoy. it'll give you a start on learning how to cook veg food for yourself, and your parents will be able to see how important the idet is to you -- and that you're willing to help out with it and not just ask them to change how they cook. some awesome recipe sites that you should check out are www.vegcooking.com and www.vegweb.com
